The World Race for Hope is a 5k charity run/walk held on New Year’s Day. The 2012 race will mark the fifth year that event has taken place in Troy, Ohio, a community in the Greater Dayton region. Proceeds from registrations and donations will go to the Somaly Mam Foundation to fund programs for rescue and recovery, education and reintegration of victims of human trafficking.
