Saturday Morning Paddle Floats

Join in and enjoy Saturday Morning Paddle Floats down the Great Miami River. Afterwards, stop in at one of the local downtown Miamisburg restaurants for lunch. Paddle down our local waterway from West Carrollton to downtown Miamisburg. It’s a 5.5 mile “moving water” trail through the urban wilderness. This trip usually takes between 1-1/2 and 2-1/2 hours. If you’ve never seen the river from this perspective, you’re in for a treat. You’ll have a good chance to spot various wildlife including great blue herons, beavers, red-tailed hawks and more. Call us by 6:00 PM on Friday to rent a kayak. If you’re bringing your boat, we suggest you call to request a shuttle time. Questions? Just call.
NOTE: This is not a guided river trip. Prior kayaking or canoeing experience is recommended. Recommended ages of 14 and older. For children under 14, a USCG-approved PFD must be provided by the accompanying adult. When on the water, always wear a personal flotation device (PFD).
