Join Great Miami Outfitters for a “Living for Adventure” presentation, “Adventures of A Wildland Firefighter,” presented by Logan O’Shell. The summer of 2011 marked some of the driest weather on record in most southern and western states, creating conditions for an epidemic of fires. Logan spent last summer fighting wild fires in California with Crew 71 of the Goosenest Ranger District in Klamath National Forest. Come hear him tell of his tales of adventure, and learn what it takes for this demanding job.
